We had a fun Family Home Evening tonight. We sang Away in a Manger, and then watched the church's new Christmas video: 

And then we decorated these 4 gingerbread houses. Patrick and Emily did awesome on theirs (the 2 on the right). Elliott and I decorated the ones on the left....not as great as Patrick's...but we still had fun!!

Kitchen cabinets facelift

I don't clean on the weekends...so no judging!! Lol!!

We've been wanting to add some hardware to our boring cabinets...so when I saw that amazon had these on their lightning deals...I decided it was time to purchase some. Funny thing is...they are the exact same ones we put on in our last house.

I love what a facelift just adding cabinet pulls does to the kitchen. Grateful for a handy hubby! We are very happy with them!

Family Pictures 2015

We took a few pictures this morning for our Christmas cards. We just took them ourselves and it was a real quick job. When we told Elliott the night before that we needed to take our family pictures...he said..."But we need to wait for Everett to get here to be in our family picture!!!" So cute. We are planning on getting more professional pictures done after he is born and then we'll update the picture above our mantel. I really wasn't thrilled about getting pictures done of me while being 7 months pregnant....but Emily gave me great cover!!

Urban Air & Lunchdate

I took the kids to Urban Air this morning. Emily has been before...but Elliott hasn't. So this will be our fun outing this week while Elliott is on vacation from school. They were quite grumpy when we left...most likely hungry. Elliott requested that we go get something to eat...so we swung by Patrick's work and picked him up and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Elliott thoroughly enjoyed the wings!!!

We went to go see Grampy Steve on Saturday. And he gave us some pics that him and Elliott got taken at Grandparent's Day in October. I LOVE this pic. So glad they got them taken!!!

Nursery & 28 Weeks

 We've worked on the nursery/boys room a little bit this past weekend. Here's a few of the baby superhero prints for above the crib....and of course the superhero quilt I made.

I worked on this superhero print. I had Patrick pick out the names...since apparently this is a Marvel Superhero room...I had to stay away from DC Superheroes!

There isn't much else we need to do to the room. I'm laundering cradle and crib sheets right now...and I think we are just about set. 10 more weeks to go!!

I decided since this is most likely my last pregnancy that I should probably take a pregnant shot. I've never taken one before...and I know that one day I'll regret it if I don't at least have one! So here it is at 28 weeks....it may be my only one.
