Dear Eve Week 10

Dear Eve,

You are such a fun and happy baby! You had your 2nd month doctor appointment this past week. Doctor says you are doing great and are on target! We were so happy to hear that all is well with you!! You also had 3 shots...you were not so happy about that! We took the big kids to the splashpad this week and also went to the library....like we usually do. You are sleeping through the night most nights. Last night you slept for 8 1/2 hours!! You are such a champ! We love you Eve!!

Dear Eve Week 9

Dear Eve,

We had an adventure this past week!! We took a trip to Arkansas to see Grandma & Grandpa! You had your 1st roadtrip!! You don't really like the carseat. But you did pretty good considering! Elliott sat by you the entire trip and he took care of you. You also went swimming for the 1st time!! We had to be sure you were shaded from the sun and you didn't get too hot...but also that you didn't get too cold in the shade!! You love the water...which we though you would considering that you love bathtime!! Taking pictures of you today was so much fun!! You were so happy and gave all the grins!! We love you so much!!!

Emily Rose is 7!!!

Happy happy 7th birthday to my sweet Emily!! We just love this sweet and sensitive yet spunky girl!!! I am thrilled and grateful every day that I get to be your mom!!! My horse loving girl is having such a fun day!! We have just been enjoying our day and I haven’t taken pictures!! Donuts for breakfast and then swimming and fishing! And cake and presents were 👌!! We love you sweet girl!!

Such a fun morning swimming with the kids! A first for little Eve!! We don’t get out much these days it seems...especially to a swimming pool....so the kids were thrilled! And Emily was the only who caught any fish this trip!

Dear Eve Week 8

Dear Eve,

We had a fun week. It is getting so hot here. I don't like to keep you outside for very long!! We took the older kids to the splash pad and it was 101 outside!! We spent little over an hour there and I held a fan over you for a good part of our trip there! Saturday was Grampy Steve's birthday. He came down and hung out with us for the day. We love you little Eve and I just adore taking all these fun pictures of you every Monday!!

Dear Eve Week 7

Dear Eve,

You are just growing! We have now moved on from newborn diapers and clothes! I couldn't quite finish your newborn diapers and had to give them away. I also had to bring out your 0-3 month clothes! I just love dressing you up every week! All the kids wanted to come with us grocery shopping this week....and we were able to pack them all in the cart! Your favorite spot is lying in my arms in bed. You have been more consistent sleeping through the night!! Thank you!! And then when you do wake up around 5:30...you like to lie in my arms in my bed...and I may love it too! This week I spied on you while smiling and almost giggling what had to be your angel friends. It was adorable! You also celebrated your 1st 4th of July!! You fell asleep once the fireworks started!!

Dear Eve Week 6

Dear Eve,

We had a lazy week. We spent one day at a friend's house..and all their kids just had to hold you!! They just loved you! We also finally made it to church yesterday...your 1st day at church!! I carried you in the carrier so no one would come and grab you! I loved keeping you all to myself! But everyone just loved seeing you...you are just so precious!!
