Pinewood Derby!!! He didn't win...but he had so much fun!!!

Everett Jacob -- 15 Months

Look at this little man!! 15 months old today. I just can't get over how big and adventurous he is getting all the time!

He is the destroyer...my little tornado...that just keeps getting more destructive! Laundry out of the dressers....clean kitchen towels out of the drawers...every side table cleared of its contents...and there  better not be any drinks available on his level!!!

But we love him to pieces!!!

He's always so happy!

He got his 1st two teeth this past month!! The 2 bottom ones came in the same week. He has a few more on top that look like they'll come through soon.

He loves playing with the older kids. He loves his food...of course. He loves being chased. He loves chasing the kittens. 

We are oh so grateful for our little Everett!!

Easter 2017

We had a fun Easter this weekend. Love celebrating these holidays with these kids. I hope they remember these fun times and are able to pass on these traditions to their families.

We started with dying the eggs Saturday afternoon. I got some inexpensive egg dye from last years clearance that had a gold glaze. I probably won't do this again...the glaze got everywhere...even the next day.

All ready for these kiddos....next year I need to be more creative to block off the hallway from Elliott's curious eyes. He keeps sneaking out to peek if the Easter Bunny came....he did this on Christmas Eve too!!

The egg hunt....we got more interaction from Everett than we thought we would.

Patrick actually had to work. So it was me and these 3 kiddos...all ready for church!! Church was so so inspiring. For some odd reason....I was able to pay closer attention than usual. And Everett and the other 2 were crazier than usual. The choir and congregation sang a beautiful arrangement of I Know My Redeemer Lives. It was just so so beautiful. It set the tone for my Sunday School class. And Sunday School class was just perfect. We watched 3 short videos on Christ...and had great discussions. Such a wonderful Easter Sunday!

Roly Poly

Elliott had fun playing with this baby roly poly...I'm surprised he is actually touching it. There's a lot of roly polys out this year.

Anyone for Spaghetti??

You know I'm busy and there must be a gazillion things running through my head for this to happen. 

I made this large bowl of spaghetti Monday night...to last the week for the kids when they don't want what I made.

Yeah...I found this Tuesday afternoon.

This is where that large bowl belongs....when it doesn't have spaghetti in it!!!!

I can't believe it took me so long to realize what I did!
