He's 46 weeks today!!! 6 more weeks until this sweet boy of mine will be a year!
Everett has had quite the exciting week.
We started with PT last Wednesday. It had been 5 weeks since we had been last. And during those 5 weeks we were suppose to work on a real crawl. He has the real crawl down...and there is now no more tightness in his neck. So...he graduated from PT!!!
We then went in for his helmet adjustment...we were told we'd have 2 more weeks. When she was examining his head (they do this each time to see how to make the helmet adjustment), she called in another therapist for a 2nd opinion. And they both agree that he is done!! I was so surprised...and just so happy! No more helmet!!!
Over the next couple of days...this little boy bonked his head so much! Bruises and bruises...he's not used to no head protection! Apparently he relied heavily on it!
We had calabaza con pollo last week. Patrick's cousin introduced it for us. It's so yummy! And healthy!! And Everett LOVES it! We had some leftovers last night...and he cried when his kept running out! I'm pretty sure he ate more than the other kids combined. The squash in it he loves the most!
He's mostly a crawler...but he does resort to the army crawl after a bit because the floors are so slick in our house. But he does crawl when he's on the carpet. He likes to stand on his knees. He's into everything!! We had to empty the bottom shelf of the bookcase!
But we do love this kid to pieces!!! He definitely has made our family complete!!
